We offer free US standard shipping for all orders in the US
The normal order processing time is 48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order has been shipped, delivery time within the united states is 4-7 business days, and 8-12 business days internationally. please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches and restocks, the shipping and delivery time may vary.
However, we are working on completing orders in a timely manner as a small team, and we appreciate your patience while we fulfill your orders.

Domestic
Standard – USPS in 4-7 Business Days
Express – USPS in 3-7 Business Days
International
Shipping lead times will vary. typical lead time expected can be 5-8 business days post fulfillment.
Express - DHL in 8-12 Business Days
International custom fees/duties
Since ImBulky is based in the United States, any order that is being shipped outside of the states may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of all products or the weight of the package. These fees are not determined by us, are beyond our control.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail
Please ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines
Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
Missing: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
Quality: Within 30 days of when the package was marked delivered

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If your order process has begun, or your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to make any adjustments to your order. Expect a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking info, once your order has been shipped.
